Hello. Firmware update((1.0.1.8)) failed and now i get message: ‘‘Update Failed Invalid Program’’. What can i do? Thanks.

Not sure i this is still relevant/helpful, but I have found the tech support at Epilog to be excellent. They have phone an email support: [https://www.epiloglaser.com/tech-support/technical-support.htm](https://www.epiloglaser.com/tech-support/technical-support.htm)
