Lab in database but not in the public list?

Hello,
I’m Simone, the director of Fablabreno, an italian fablab born in May 2017. I have a question, I was looking for our lab on the list and searched for “fablabreno” and I saw that it could not be found, so I went in my inbox and checked the emails of May, as I was expecting I found an email from "notifications@fablabs.io" which says:
Hi Simone,
Your lab Fablabreno, was approved by one of the designated referees. -
You will receive more information soon.
You can check your lab profile at:
https://www.fablabs.io/labs/fablabreno
If you have questions regarding the approval process for fablabs, you can check the following doc:
http://www.fablabs.io/labs/docs/approval_process

Now, if I click on the link the webpage says “no lab found”, so it should has been deleted, right? But why? How can I make our lab appear again in the list?
I also went in the section “add a lab” and looked for our name in the database for avoiding douplicated subscription and I found it, so right now I don’t really understand what to do. :persevere:
Thanks a lot for your time

Hi Simone, here is Guillermo Jaramillo, from Peru. I have the same problem with my lab FabLab Ucontinental.
Since two months or more and have no response and i try to contact my referees but nothing yet.
So, somebody can help me?
My referees are: FabLab Lima, FabLab Santiago and OpenDot.
Thanks!

@Simoo and @gjaramillo you should be able to see your FabLab in the discussion or via link, but not listed until tour referees approve your request.

My suggestion is to contact the referees and ask them for their approval.

@Simoo Fab Lab Vancouver approved you, but Fab Lab San Diego and Fab Ed Carolina haven’t said anything yet.

@gjaramillo the referees asked that you provide more info in your lab application.

We are working on making the approval process public, see the GitHub issue: https://github.com/fablabbcn/fablabs/issues/188

@openp2pdesign ı’m facing the same problem, ı guess. İt says you’re in database when ı add my lab to list second time. But ı cant follow the process which said yes/NO… what should ı do; ı’m waiting your suggestions.

Kindly Regards;
Tahsin

It’s approved now: https://www.fablabs.io/labs/anadolufablab

Hello there,

I’m facing the same problem, I think. Added the CODA Fablab Apeldoorn a couple of weeks a go, should I do something else to make it visible? Or should I wait a little bit more, or ask someone else?

Kind Regards,
Teun

Where can i see my referees? So I contact them and ask for approval.
