A Low-tech guide for fablabs and fablab users

Hello, everyone!

I’m here to present the results of an Erasmus+ project (funded by the EU) that we at Fablab Descartes have been working on for about a year, along with two other partner labs, CYENS Thinker Maker Space in Cyprus and COF Amay Fablab in Belgium. We were fortunate enough to receive training in the low-tech approach through the Low-tech Base.

Together, we decided to design a short low-tech manual for Fablabs and their users.

The aim of this guide is to raise awareness, provide practical tools and offer ideas for communicating and sharing these low-tech values with as many people as possible.

This work is still being finalised, but you can view a first draft here: LOW-TECH GUIDE FOR FABLABS AND THEIR USERS (WIP2) - Google Docs

We hope you like it, and above all, that you find it useful. We welcome any feedback you may have!

Happy reading and happy holidays to all :christmas_tree:!
