Budget Estimate for Miniature Castle Landscape Project in FabLab

Hi everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well! My friends and I are planning to use our local FabLab to create a miniature castle landscape, and we need some help estimating the budget for this project.
Here are the key components and processes we are considering:
3D Scanning: We plan to use a 3D scanner to capture detailed models of architectural elements and figures. Any recommendations for cost-effective yet high-quality 3D scanning equipment or services would be appreciated.
3D Printing: We’ll use 3D printers to produce the detailed parts of the castle and the surrounding landscape. We’re particularly interested in materials that offer durability and fine detail. Can anyone suggest the best materials and their costs?
Laser Cutting: We might also use laser cutting for some flat elements like walls and base plates. Insights into the cost of using laser cutting machines in FabLab would be helpful.
Assembly and Finishing: Once all parts are printed and cut, we will need supplies for assembly and finishing, such as adhesives, paints, and tools. Any advice on where to source these materials affordably would be great.
Additionally, we are considering the overall cost of FabLab access, including machine time, materials, and any membership fees. If anyone has experience with similar projects or can provide a rough budget estimate, it would be incredibly helpful.
Thanks in advance for your guidance and suggestions!
Currently, we have made some equipment purchase plans, which include the following:
scanner: Revopoint MIRACO: Standalone 3D Scanner
printer: ELEGOO Neptune 4 Max FDM 3D Printer – ELEGOO Official
software: https://www.blender.org/
other: acrylic sheets, a small electric drill, protective goggles, gloves, masks, and other protective gear, and more.
