FABLAB Approval

I have not been approved for the UTRGV FABLAB but would like to update my application as we have made more progress in the mean time. Currently I cannot get any of my labs to respond. Can I change my approving labs? How are we suppose to contact the labs? Two of the 3 originally responded but and not hearing back. I have been emailing. I am also getting into touch with another lab that is close by to see if they can help.
