FABLAB Torres Novas – Makers Unit, in central Portugal, is opening its doors to visiting makers who would like to spend some time with our community, exchange knowledge, work on projects and discover our region.
Free accommodation for visiting makers
We can offer free accommodation, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
This is intended as a maker exchange: visitors are welcome to bring their ideas, experience and curiosity, meet our team, share knowledge and, if they wish, develop or discuss projects while staying with us.

Our FabLab is located in central Portugal, close to Torres Novas and within easy reach of several interesting cultural and natural destinations, including:

- Dinosaur Footprints Natural Monument at Pedreira do Galinha
- Mira de Aire Caves
- Santo António and Alvados Caves
- Olhos d’Água and the Alcanena natural area
- Fátima
- Tomar and the Convent of Christ

The surrounding region is also ideal for cycling, walking and discovering the Portuguese countryside.
