Request for Fablabs.io Administrator Contacts

Dear Fablabs.io Community,I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out today with a request for assistance in registering my lab on FabLabs.io, as I have encountered some technical difficulties with the registration form.Unfortunately, the form appears not working, and my attempts to contact the webmasters at webmasters@fablabs.io have gone unanswered. Therefore, I kindly ask if any of you have alternative contact information for the administrators or support team that I can reach out to for assistance.Your help in providing me with the correct contact information or any other guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Dear Maria,
To register a fablab you should be logged in as a user of fablabs.io.

So, the first step to register a fablab is that you register yourself as a human being. Then you log in as human being and you will be able to register a new fablab.

So far, I do not see your name on fablabs.io. So I think, you skipped the first step.

Yes, I already registered as a metalshoefablab (Maria Fernandes).
Additionally, I already proceeded with the submission of the lab form and I received by email the following information:
"Hi Maria,

  •    more information were requested for your lab MetalShoeFabLab. This means that either the platform admins, or the designated referees would like to know more about your lab.*

  •    Please add more information to the slug and description fields of the lab form so that we can learn more about your Fablab. -*

  •    You can check your lab profile at:*

  •    If you have questions regarding the approval process for fablabs, you can check the following doc:*

Referee’s Note (LEON):

Please:

    • provide a Presentation with a description of the institution behind the laboratory, the staff, and the open activities that you are planning to offer to the public.*
    • create a video of all the facilities with subtitles in English showcasing all the fabrication processes.*

Please, don’t send any attachments, only links to Google Drive, Canva, YouTube, or other platforms that contain this information.

However, the links above do work. Do you know how I can solve it? or the person that I can write to? because the email neither works (webmasters@fablabs.io)
