What the structure and equipment are need to create a Super Fab Lab?

Super Labs are spaces with more advanced equipment geared towards advanced education, prototyping and research. In general a Super Lab will be able to ‘make’ a standard Fab Lab, so it will have all the tools and equipment a standard lab has, plus the machines for metal machining (machining center(s), lathe(s)) as well as an EMD, waterjet cutter, advanced 3D printers (SLA, SLS) and more.
